Empty Leg pricing is predicated on the initiate flight’s occurrence. If the initiate flight changes or cancellation affects the empty leg booked, the customer shall be offered the opportunity to do one of the following:
a. Cancel their Empty Leg Deal and receive a full refund for any payments already made to MPI Jet
b. Reschedule their flight at another time and price offered by MPI Jet.
c. Book the same flight at full price Flight rates (subject to aircraft availability).
